Understanding the Heat Sheet
Go through the Heat Sheet and everytime you see your child's name, highlight it. Your child may be entered in several events.
Let's say your swimmer is Laniyah Love. She is highlighted on the Heat Sheet. She is in Event 13, Heat 1. The 6 in front of her name represents the lane number. She is swimming 25 yard freestyle (listed beside the event #).
